About Product

Basil, extracts of Ocimum Basillicum. An herb which grows in Italy, Central Africa and some parts of Southeast Asia. This plant belongs to the family Lamiaceae of the Plantae kingdom. Traditionally regarded as an herb, this plant serves various cuisines globally. Its essential oil is extracted from the dried leaves using Super Critical Fluid Extraction green technology method. The essential oil has a sweet balsamic odor blended with herbaceous elements and a hint of camphor. The clear liquid obtained consists of a-pinene, camphene, b-pinene, myrcene, limonene ,cis-ocimene, camphor, linalool ,methyl chavicol,y-terpineol, citronellol, geraniol,methyl cinnamate ,eugenol. Basil essential oil's chemicals make it best used for medicinal & culinary purposes especially to ease anxiety or stress and mild depression.
